The padding is the whole point. Polar fleece sits between the PP webbing and the horse at every contact point, which is what stops a halter wearing a bald patch behind the ears or across the nose on a horse who leans, pulls or travels a lot.
PP webbing holds up to the weather without going stiff, and it does not absorb water the way nylon does, so a soaking on the trailer ramp does not leave you with a heavy cold strap against the head.
Details
- Polar fleece padding at pressure points
- PP webbing construction
- Multiple sizes
- Suits stable, travel and daily handling
Check the fleece for embedded grit now and then. Clean padding protects, dirty padding sands.
