Reins slip. Wet leather slips more, and cold hands grip harder to compensate, which is how you end up with a horse leaning on the bit and a rider with sore forearms. Gloves fix the cause rather than the symptom.
These are cut close enough that you keep the feel through the rein, which is the thing riders worry about losing. You should be able to sense a change in contact through the glove, not just hold on through it.
Details
- Unisex sizing, S to XXL
- Six colors
- Close cut to preserve rein feel
- Suits schooling, hacking and yard work
Size down rather than up if you are between sizes. A loose glove bunches in the palm and costs you more feel than no glove at all.
Fulfillment note: This product is fulfilled by Zendrop and ships directly from their warehouse. Please allow standard handling and transit times as outlined in our shipping policy.
