A mouthpiece worn overnight that holds the lower jaw slightly forward. The adjustable part is the useful bit: rather than one fixed position, you can set how far forward it sits and change it as you get used to wearing it.
Most people need a week or two before it stops feeling strange, and starting at the smallest setting makes that easier. Jumping straight to the maximum is how people give up on these.
Details
- Adjustable jaw positioning
- BPA-free materials
- Designed for overnight wear
- Blue and white
Clean it every morning and let it dry fully, the same as you would a retainer.
Please read before buying. Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea, which is a medical condition that needs diagnosis and treatment by a doctor. This mouthpiece is a comfort product and is not a treatment for sleep apnoea, and it is not a substitute for CPAP or any other therapy your doctor has prescribed. Speak to your doctor or dentist before use, particularly if you have dental work, jaw problems such as TMJ, loose teeth, or if you gasp or stop breathing during sleep. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
